About Tim

After studying Psychology, playing Division 1 basketball, and serving as President of the Black Male Leadership Initiative at Rice University, Tim Harrison graduated into the pandemic and turned down his dream job in consulting to pursue his vision of "creating a world where more people realize their potential." This led to him founding EPOG Academy, a Houston-based nonprofit on a mission to make personal development part of education. They have developed an AI-driven coaching system that empowers students to take control of their future and help bridge the 400:1 student-to-counselor guidance gap, which is particularly harmful for youth in underserved communities.

Tim also leads the coaching and consulting firm ONUS Leadership. He currently oversees a $3M NIH-backed research study on the impact of coaching for underrepresented Biomedical PhD students. Tim is one of eight members of the International Coaching Federation's Global Task Force for AI in Coaching, helping shape the future of professional development.

Tim also serves as a coach, trainer, and advisor to entrepreneurs and leaders, helping them unlock tangible benefits in their businesses by leveraging generative AI.
